Safety First

A bounce house can add a touch of excitement to any party. However, while a bounce house can be fun, they can also be dangerous. By following a few simple rules, you can make your bounce house safer for children to enjoy. When setting up your bounce house, make sure that it is properly inflated. Under inflated bounce houses can become detached and move around freely. Place the bounce house away from any aerial objects. This includes things like electrical lines and trees. Clear away any debris that may be on the lawn before setting up the bounce house. Do not set the bounce house up if the winds are stronger than 20 miles per hour.  If bouncers are placed outdoors make sure that the inflatable is properly anchored in the ground restricting the unit from flying away.

Now that your bounce house has been set-up, have the children remove their shoes before entering. This will prevent any bumps, bruises, and stains inside the bouncer.  Jewelry should also be removed before play. You should also consider the weight of the children playing in the bounce house. Most bounce houses have weight restrictions. Avoid letting older children enter the inflatable with toddlers. Always have an adult supervise the children during play. If the bounce house has a slide, make sure that an adult accompanies smaller children. For further assistance, contact More Bounce Inflatables.
